Contact <\/strong><strong>Pam Gardner \u2013 (585) 455-3156&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>LVW is a gated community that uses a keypad system to provide entry for our homeowners and their visitors.&nbsp; Current homeowners have elected to have the gate remain open during the day.&nbsp; Therefore, the gate automatically opens at 7 a.m. and closes at 7 p.m. &nbsp;After 7 p.m., each homeowner uses the keypad to open the gate using a personal access number.&nbsp; To apply for front gate entry using the keypad, see Section 6 Gate Access &amp; Keypad Information.<\/p>\n<p>For after-hours emergencies call: &nbsp;866-263-3987<\/p>\n<p><strong>Remotes: Contact Pam Gardner \u2013 (585) 455-3156&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As an additional convenience for our homeowners, we provide preprogramed gate remotes that operate both the front and back gates.&nbsp; These remotes, as well as additional or replacement remotes, can be purchased for $25.00 each, payable to Lakeview Woods POA.&nbsp; <strong>No cash please<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>HOA Assessments:&nbsp; Contact SENTRY Management<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>HOA fees are due on the 1<sup>st<\/sup> of each month.&nbsp; Payments can be made monthly or quarterly by using your coupon book or by signing up for automatic payment (ACH\/echeck).&nbsp; You can sign up for this service by going to Leland Management.com.&nbsp; Instructions for setting up automatic payments and bill pay are also included with this package (see Section 2).&nbsp; If you need assistance or have any questions, contact Leland Management.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Recreational\/Vehicle Storage: Contact SENTRY Management<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>LVW provides a storage area for recreational vehicles, motorhomes, trailers, boats, canoes and other small boats.&nbsp; Registration forms are included in Section 6: Forms.&nbsp; Please complete the form and submit it to Leland Management for approval and assignment of your space.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Home\/Property Modifications and Improvements: Contact SENTRY Management<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As a new homeowner, you may already have some ideas on how you would like to improve your home and property.&nbsp; Please be sure to review our By-Laws and Covenants (Section 8) and complete and submit the Architectural Review\/Request form (Section 6) provided in this package.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>Pavilion Reservations:&nbsp; Contact \u2013 Darrell Anderson (352)&nbsp;456-1936<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>All residents may enjoy the pavilion, lakefront, and dock area.&nbsp; Residents may also reserve the Pavilion for their own special functions or events.&nbsp; Reservation forms (Section 6) should be completed and submitted to Cheri Brown (352)&nbsp;817-2384<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pets Are Welcome<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>LVW is a pet friendly community, so enjoy your pets and walking your dog(s).&nbsp; But we do ask that pet owners observe pet owners\u2019 etiquette.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Keep your furry friends leashed and under your control at all times.<\/li>\n<li>Keep barking to a minimum.<\/li>\n<li>Pick up after your pets and dispose of the waste properly at your home.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Speed Limit:&nbsp; 20 mph<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>LVW is a small community with curved roads, children playing, pets, walkers, and bikers enjoying our community.&nbsp; For the protection of all of us\u2014including our wildlife\u2014please adhere to our 20 mph speed limit.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Wildlife<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Our location in the Ocala National Forest means we are privileged to enjoy an abundance of wildlife.&nbsp; Gofer turtles, Sandhill Cranes, foxes, bears, and alligators are just a few you may see, so keep your cameras ready!&nbsp; Keep in mind, however, that some of these (e.g. bears, foxes, alligators) can be dangerous, especially if they become too familiar with people.&nbsp; Enjoy them when you see them, but please do not feed them.&nbsp; Not only is it illegal, but familiarity with people may pose a threat to our children and pets.&nbsp; Trash\/garbage containers should be kept in enclosed areas.&nbsp; You will find some helpful information with this package for tips on how to live safely with these creatures.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Community Yard Sales<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>LVW provides opportunities to participate in community yard sales twice each year, held in April and November.&nbsp;&nbsp;
