About Lakeview Woods<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Lakeview Woods is situated in the beautiful Ocala National Forest <\/a>within Marion County<\/a>, Florida on State Road 40 East. We are 60 miles from the East Coast (Atlantic Ocean), 60 miles from the West Coast (Gulf of Mexico), 7 miles east of Silver Springs and about 14 miles from the heart of downtown Ocala<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Lakeview Woods is a family-oriented neighborhood in a quiet gated private residential setting. We have an abundance of trees, a pavilion for gatherings and meetings, and access to picturesque Lake Waldena. Our owners pride themselves in their charming and friendly neighborhood and range from young professionals to families to retired professionals.<\/p>\n

The Lakeview Woods Property Owners Association was established in 1985 as Trails East,<\/em> a not-for-profit corporation.<\/p>\n
